In Section 3.02, the requirements need to be updated. The current text is from an earlier DPA RFP.

@susanjabal do you recall what we were going to do with this section 3.02, given much of the information is already included in the background section above?

Again - this one could use review, edit, and/or approval as appropriate to this project. The language is copy/pasted from DPA.

It looks like this section will need to be reviewed more closely, as much is related to ARIES and DPA specific. Perhaps you are right Randy, perhaps this is captured for ORCA in the Background section. I will let OCS determine if this section is necessary as well.
