Can't Find Place To Get API #6

Okay, so I have searched and searched but anytime I try to get my API key, 
it takes me to the Google Code home page.

Where is a link that works that will allow me to get my API key and how do 
I get it?

same problem, all the api key request links in the wiki seem to be broken

This should be resolved now. To get an API key for the Sandbox environment, 
please go to:

http://sandbox.tokbox.com/view/platformkeys

We were in a migration that left us without a key form for a bit of time. 
Apologize for that.
