Call logs are not edited when using Hello Card from du SIM #4

When using Hello Card, (i.e a different dialer number), the logs are not edited. Its being returned from here. May be the dialer number is not matching. Need to investigate with the given logs.

Log edit is working only in Android 9 - Pixel 2. CustomPhonestateListener is not called in any other cases. Dont know the reason. Tried giving all other permissions. But still not working. Tested on S8 - Oreo and N5 - Marshmallow
