High DPI and UI Redesign #7

This brings support for high DPI optimization in Textylic to version 3.1.0, as seen below: image

There's also a slight change in the UI, where the default colors have been changed, as seen below: image

This version is still buggy, in that on high DPI displays, the buttons appear squeezed.
