Register section and navigate to top

1) After submitting the details in register page , then a pop up,Alert is displaying ok , but the register form has to be empty , but here it is still holding the previous data .

2) Adding a Top btn ,so that by clicking on it u will directly go to Top of the page , where ever U are present in the current screen.

Kindly assign this ,under Hacktoberfest_2024
