Add option in vehicle stats to choose what mileage metric to show #108

Adds a dropdown menu above the vehicle stats graph to select the prefered fuel consumption metric.

Requested in #40, #84 and #105

Poking @akhilrex in the hope that this can be merged! This is essential in the UK where we fill up in litres but measure efficiency in MPG.
