Can't edit tags on a podcast when the one below it is paused

Describe the bug The Tags dialog doesn't work properly when the next podcast in the list has been paused.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Subscribe to two or more podcasts
2. Go to the Home tab and click the button to 'pause automatic downloading' on the second podcast
3. See that the second podcast is visibly dimmed
4. Click the Tag icon on the first podcast
5. See that the buttons in the part of the Tag dialog that overlap with the dimmed area below are not clickable

Expected behavior The tag dialog should be fully usable.
