PodGrab downloading duplicated episodes

Describe the bug Old episodes are downloaded again when new episodes are aired, causing the storage to be consumed very quickly (especially for those large podcast programmes).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Add Podcast" to add a podcast via iTunes API
2. Download the entire podcast
3. Another week when the programme has a new episode, the old episode will be downloaded again as well
4. As time goes, you can see the podcast duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate each time a new episode is aired

Expected behavior PodGrab shoudl verify if the old episode is already recorded in the database.

I’m experiencing this issue as well. Some episodes have been duplicated up to 6 times!

Hello! I just realized that I am also experiencing a similar, but related issue. Thankfully, it is not downloading every episode, but the RSS display is showing significant duplication over time after having downloaded/archived the whole podcast (though the feed itself is not showing as such).

Having the same issue. I can't download new episodes and I've got tons of duplicate episodes in RSS. Thankfully, no repeat downloads. Thanks!
