[Feature Request] Only download episodes with a specific title #263

Thanks for a great app!

My favourite podcast publishes a few different shows to the same feed. I'd like to automatically download certain episodes, but not others. Would it be possible to include a feature that allows the user to specify a string that must appear in the episode's title in order for it to be downloaded? If the episode title doesn't contain the string, it still shows in Podgrab but is not automatically downloaded?

Quite a niche use case, I think!

Throwing another vote behind this suggestion - I've got a podcast feed that publishes both lossless and regular-quality versions of every episode and it would be nice not to have to go through and delete half of the downloaded episodes regularly.
