ISO-8859-1 encoding error when adding rss #269

When trying to add the podcast "CRIMS" it gives an ISO-8859-1 encoding error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Add podcast'
  2. Add using the direct link to rss feed: https://dinamics.ccma.cat/public/podcast/catradio/xml/9/5/podprograma1859.xml
  3. See error

Same Issue #103 closed, closed but not yet resolved.
