use production API key in next RC build #108

Select a topic, say world for example, from the current build and compare the 
list of stories to the npr.org website. (http://www.npr.org/sections/world/) 
The list will not match what is on that page.

I believe the current RC build for the 2.1 milestone is using a personal API 
key. We should swap this out for the production one to ensure the proper 
results returned, unless there is a compelling reason not to.
