Update NPR Terms of Use and Privacy Police to weblinks #57

NPR's legal team has requested we update the legal info contained in the about 
section of the app. The easiest thing would be to just point to two separate 
pages on our mobile site: http://m.npr.org/front/privacyPolicy and 
http://m.npr.org/front/termsOfUse

I believe we already do something similar with the feedback link. This way, we 
won't have to do it again.

Is this something they/you want in the version_1.x branch as well as the trunk?
