Invalid Date is stored but altered for reminder #4

An invalid date 30th February is keyed in to store reminder. Instead of warning of an invalid date, the app stores it with the date 28th February.

Team's Response

We believe that this is a low severity bug, as only three dates, the 29th and 30th of Feb and 31st of Feb will result in this extraordinary case. As a TA, we believe that the TAs will not intentionally key in these weird dates, and this auto conversion to the end of Feb is done by the Java LocalDate class, which could help the TA when they are referring to the end of February by accident.
