Legit user is unable to post #62

A newly registered and legit user is currently not able to post anything on my forum. Is there currently any way of stopping akismet from flagging his posts? I can't seem to find anything...

Are they posting links? That is the main reason why Akismet tends to flag new users' posts as spam... alternatively, perhaps he can try from another internet connection (which I will admit is a terrible solution, but if the IP has been flagged, then that's not something you can do much about, sadly)

No just a simple message no links at all. What exactly is send to Akismet? Could the email or his username be the problem?

The user also tried a mobile and a WiFi connection so different IPs also don’t seem to help :/

So yeas email and username can also lead to a flag
