This gem has a bright future. Lets move CONTRIBUTING into its own thing and add a CHANGELOG before it's too big. Every PR should require CHANGELOG to be updated.

Bump @aki017, it would be nice to keep a manually generated CHANGELOG with all the issues, this is up to version 1.1.1 and needs to be updated with more recent things.

Note this talks about RuboCop, I opened #28 for that.
