Just saw this myself. I really like this mod over the others. I hope this mod was not abandoned.

Luckily the fix is very simple (I'm using the mod again already) but finding a maintainer if the previous one is gone could be tough.

Thank you. Works great. Edit 10/3/2022: Been several months since I played (Last February). I just re-downloaded the DLL and tested in the latest version of DSP. Still seems to work fine. Soil minimum at 30k which I believe is the default value in the config.
