sip stack error don't traversal symmetric nat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.please see attachment files
2.doubango run in non-symmetric ok.but in symmetric is bad.
3.3cxphone & linphone run in non-symmetric or symmetric is ok.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
