Publish openGPMP in Fedora Project

This thread is to discuss the process of publishing openMTPK to Fedora Project.

Since this is a C++ project which has bindings to Python, R, OCaml and Fortran, I'm thinking of the following set of packages.

• openmtpk - Base package with libopenMTPK.so and libopenMTPK.a
• openmtpk-devel - Development package with the openMTPK headers
• python-openmtpk - Python bindings
• R-openMTPK - R bindings
• ocaml-openmtpk - OCaml bindings

I'm still not sure of the naming convention for the Fortran binding, but I'll add that as soon as I get it.

@akielaries I'll streamline it more and make a Koji build available soon for you to test.

This sounds good! I should include more clarification within the project, but at the moment the R, OCaml, and Fortran bindings are in an experimental phase. I had just opened up a new issue regarding this (#40) I would say the primary language to focus on should be the stable Python API. Other than this, it sounds good!
