Change name scheme for openMPTK's Python API to pymtpk. Not very important but helps with keeping folders and name scheme somewhat clean. Probably give a warning of some kind since the Python has a few downloads, maybe delete the existing project and create a new one starting with the v1.0.0-rc prereleases or v0.10.x releases for testing uploads to new name OR see if just changing the directory is possible (test this in a separate branch when v1.0.0-rc.1 branch is stable)
openMTPK makes no sense, rename to openGPMP for General Purpose Mathematics Package. Since usability is questionable in its current state consider doing this in early stages
