Add more comments to the existing code #19

I haven't commented the code much currently, as I personally find that the GDScript structure and API are relatively easy to read, and I try not to do too clever one-liners.

However a well commented code makes it easy for newcomers to get familiar with the scripts, so I'll have a go at better commenting the existing scripts.
