Emoti not working #294

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open cydia
2.install emoti keyboard & ikeyex 3 on firmware 3.0.1
3.turn on emoti

What is the expected output?Extra Keyboard With Smileys What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)? IPhone 3G 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.

***** Note: iKeyEx (thus hClipboard & 5-Row QWERTY) doesn't work on 3.0
yet. Please subscribe to issue 83 for the updates. Delete this line if your
issue is unrelated to 3.0.
