Globe key does not show up when dvorak keyboard is enabled. Cannot switch to dvorak.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on dvorak keyboard
2.try to type something
3.no option to switch to dvorak. Also cannot turn off default keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? No globe key for 
switching 
keyboards. Not able to turn off default english keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)? Using latest version of ikeyex. Version 
3.0.1 on 
iPhone 3gs

Please provide any additional information below.

I can only see 0.1-10 in Cydia. How do I get the latest version?
