Can't get the 5-key-qwerty working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Just the regularly displayed 4 rows instead of the promised number keys on top 
of the 
qwerty!!!???  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

Been using iPhone 3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
