Can't find bangla keyboard after install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Downloading and install is fine, turn on the keyboard from setting general is 
ok but on the 
keyboard no option to select the bangla font. Did everything possible 
imaginable still don't 
work on iPhone 3gs 3.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I install it from cydia, it's shows only 2 kb it has to be more then 2 kb

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)? IPhone 3gs 3.0
