Globe not showing in keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Installed iKeyEx, 5row qwerty via cydia
2.  Enabled 5row in international keyboards
3.  Globe never appears in keyboard. 

What is the expected output? What do you see 
instead?
Globe should appear between 123 and space. Only 
shows up if I enable USEnglish and UKEnglish -but 
then I can only select those keyboards. 5row doesn't 
show up. 

What version of the product are you using? On what 
operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3.1. Had exact same problem on 3.0. 

Please provide any additional information below.

***** Note: If a keyboard does not on 3.0, please 
install the latest beta
of iKeyEx in 
http://code.google.com/p/networkpx/downloads/list 
first.

I am having this problem.  I want to install the beta but I dont know how to 
install
a package that is not in a repository.  Can you give me a clue on that?
