No mix and match button appears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Want to install a 5-row keyboard German
2. Several new installations of the newest iKeyEx from Cydia have not solved 
the problem
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3GS with OS 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

***** Note: If a keyboard does not on 3.0, please install the latest beta
of iKeyEx in http://code.google.com/p/networkpx/downloads/list first.

Problem solved. I have installed the newest beta of iKeyEx and now I can use 
the German-5-row-
keyboard :-)
