test is revised #40

why are the test values changed? was there a "physics" bug?

@Moelf Thank you for comment. No. There is no physics bug in the code. This is related to the number of MC steps and the random number generator in Julia.
To reduce test time on the Github actions, we modified the parameters in the input file slightly.
