New association objects behavors->command hardware

What is the aim of the feature?
When I have to choose an hardware command for an object the list shows all 
available commands for each plugin. 

Why you are requesting it?
To  simplify association and avoid errors.
When I associate protocol to object the list of commands must report only those 
related to that protocol.
Example
Light object -> protocol own -> show only commands for "own protocol"  

List external resources that can be useful

How much you feel this feature will be useful for the project? (0-min,
10-max)

This implies a commands knows on which protocol it is related, at this time 
there is no command field which allows it. 

This kind of feature can work with real hardware devices but can be limiting 
for future objects like media collections, uPnP, etc... we have to discuss on 
mailing list before procede. Please open a thread
