Add a Freedomotic variable that returns the activemq runing host ip address

Describe the aim of the proposed feature?
As freedomotic could be running at the same time on several pc's of the same 
network, only one will be running the "activemq" broker.
To be able to connect externally with the stomp protocol (for example) it is 
need to know exactly the ip address (and stomp port) of the pc running the 
activemq broker.

Describe how you would implement this feature from a user perspective?
It is enough as a "constant" to be accessed for the plugins using 
"freedomotic.activemqip" or something like that

How much you feel this feature will be useful for the project?
