Add version number to xml files #173

Describe the aim of the proposed feature?
with version number its easy to choose the right deserialization stategy. This 
is because in the future we should need to support also old structures for xml 
files in a transparent way

Describe how you would implement this feature
use namespaces or other xml feature to define versioning info
