Desktop GUI: Improve the Download plugins screen #174

Describe the aim of the proposed feature?
- Group the plugins list by type, so the user could find the plugins more 
easily. As the number of plugins grows, the list is becoming huge.

- Check the plugin compatibility and show only those that are compatible.

- Grey out the plugins that are already installed

How much you feel this feature will be useful for the project?

To allow a better classification of the plugins, the drupal rest has been 
updated to expose the taxonomy tree.
So this issue is divided into two steps:
1) Extend the marketplace plugin to retrieve the plugins categories (taxonomy).
2) Improve the desktop gui plugin download window to use the plugin 
categorization.
