Add JoinDevice feature #178

Describe the aim of the proposed feature?
Tis would be usefull to enlist as plugins also remote clients like the android 
frontend

Describe how you would implement this feature
The remote client will send an XML manifest (just like as plugins manifest) and 
it will be added to the plugins list. Adding it as plugin makes frontends to 
display it and allow to control basic behaviors like start/stop (if remote 
client listen for PluginHasChangedEvent)
