Serial framework misses some dynamic link libraries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In config/serial there is a list of .so/.dll files needed by the serial 
framework which are loaded at startup depending on the current OS.

For some architecture the right file is missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
