Hello-world plugin throws a missing manifest error #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install hello world
2.Start freedomotic
3.MISSING MANIFEST ERROR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the plugin should start

OS Name: Windows|Linux|Mac|Solaris
OS Version: XP|7|Ubuntu12.04
