A page already injected doesn't reflect preference changes nor let reinjection without page refresh.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Inject furigana on a page.
2. Change the settings for the kanji exclusion.
3. ???
4. profit!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Neither the injection updates to reflect the new setting nor the user is
able to reprocess the page without reloading. For dynamically generated
pages this can be a problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FI 0.8 on Firefox 3.0.5 es_ES Windows XP SP3
