E.g. if I see that "毎年" has furigana, because "毎" is not in my exclusion
list,
after I choose "Ignore 毎 ..." the "年" kanji will get "とし" inserted over
it, even
though that is also in the kanji exclusion list.

I have found one. If you go to a webpage with Kanji in it, then click the icon
to
display the furigana, it will show them as normal. Click the icon to get rid of
the
furigana, and click it again to bring the furigana back up, and in some words it
shows different furigana.

Hello Katsuoayumu-san. It seems you are describing a different issue. If you
used the
"Ignore [X] .." kanji-exclusion option in the context menu then it's the same,
but if
you just clicked the button in the statusbar then it's different.
Could you please provide a sample (maybe just the url of a page), and also which
version and platform you are using?

No reply after a couple of weeks, closing this one up.
The status "WontFix" applies to Jun 26 issued raised by katsuoyumu.
