Translation pop-ups that fail to load once will never show again. #39

Move over a ruby and wait for the translation to show. Keep doing this randomly 
until you get one that takes a long time to load. Move off the ruby and it the 
translation pop-up will disappear. Move back, and no action occurs at all.

Problem caused when a new gloss pop-up is shown, destroying the original. The 
mouseenter event has to be reset on the original <rt> element.
