Can't use Furigana Injector 2.0~2.2 with GMail #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a japanese email in Gmail
2. Press the furigana button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The furigana icon should animate, and furigana should be inserted into the 
email. Instead no activity is seen at all.

Issue caused by multiple frames. Need to apply code to handle multiple frames.

Applies to chrome version as well.

Version 2.2.1 for Firefox has been developed. Could affected users please 
download the version posted on this site's "Downloads" tab and provide 
feedback? If it's OK I will release via Mozilla Add-ons.

(N.B. to install an *.xpi file from this site, you should save the file 
locally, then drag it onto your Firefox window.)
