Program automatic re-seek of furigana server when connection cannot be made. #43

Sometimes the extension cannot get a successful reply from the furigana server 
when starting. It that situation it would be ideal to check again at intervals 
until the server is confirmed.

Also, for when there is more than one server, the same mechanism should be 
started when one server stops working. This way when one server is halted all 
users will be automatically switched to the other, without restarting their 
browser.

Develop for both Firefox and Chrome versions.
