If you add furigana on any page, then remove them and add them once again, you 
can't view the translations anymore.

Fixed. The bind-popups-trigger-to-all-rt-elements code is now being requested 
by the background script once every time a successful server reply.

Please note the fix for this is released in v1.1.3, which should push out from 
the Chrome extensions site from now. Please report issues if they occur.
