What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking on the icon
2. waiting for 3-5mins

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Kanji with furigana, 
   a message box with ("Request to fetch data from furigana server(s) failed.")

Which browser are you using, Firefox or Chrome? On what operating system?
chrome Version 22.0.1229.94 m  
windows 8, but same problem with windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
rikaikun works fine but, i don't know about this

Hi. This happens sometimes. Particularly for Chrome users whose version can 
potentially connect to alternate server fi2.yayakoshi.net which runs on my home 
LAN. I occasionally have to disconnect it due to the ISP quality dropping, and 
then it gets a new I.P. address yada yada. This happened three times in the 
last three days, and it seems that I've been given four notices from users as 
result.

So far as I can see, it's fine now though. Can you confirm?
