Change setting so all kanji have furigana #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping that all the kanji on a page would have furigana over the kanji,
but only some of the Kanji have furigana. How can I change my settings so that
all of the Kanji have furigana, whether I know the Kanji or not?

Which browser are you using, Firefox or Chrome? On what operating system? I'm
Using Google's Chrome. I am using Windows 7 operating system.

Please provide any additional information below.

You can change the level using the "Simple kanji selector" (go to the options
page for this extension). The lowest level will add furigana for all but the
100 of the most common kanji. But suspect you know this and really want 100%.
You can do that by manually editing the list in the "Kanji to exclude from
furigana injection" text box. Just leave one kanji in there, e.g. something
obscure like "圕".

The experience when doing this is not very good in my opinion though. There is
a certain percentage of error at all times, and it seems to be notably higher
on words that use the most common kanji. I think this is because they have
large numbers expectional-case readings.

Can you provide a list of those 100 most common kanji? I would like to learn
them so I can use furigana injector in its optimal mode.
