Rewrite writeboost-test-suite in Rust #1

I wrote this and it has helped me a lot actually.

However, I don't like Scale any more and don't even want to fucking compile it. Scale is just shit. What a garbage language.

Okay then, let's rewrite it in lovely Rust.
