Add icon for uploaded item. #34

When an item is uploaded, allow an icon to display next to the uploaded item 
instead of just a check box.  Maybe have all the icons provided by the server.  
This will allow for a customized experience with switching from server to 
server.  Things like sound files will have a icon for a speaker.  etc.

Decided to take default Windows icon for the item and use that instead of 
creating server-side icons.
