Allow user to select how many images to display per page on myimages page #28

Allow the user to specify how many images to display per page on their
myimages admin page.

Admin should be able to set a maximum on a per plan basis.

For now, hard code the choices, eg. 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100

This is now done, but new templates to implement it not yet uploaded to svn.
