"Use Cache for Folder Thumbnails" setting doesn´t work #28

Hello,

In the new phpi version 1.2.0 the setting "Use Cache for Folder Thumbnails" 
doesn´t seem to have any effect on the tool.
No matter if it is enabled (=true) or disable (=false) the tool creates the 
thumbnails in the cache folder to show the folder with an image.

See my other post Re: no windows support currently, I believe this issue could

No problem. Previous version is working well on windows.
