Error in renaming and displaying new folder in gallery #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.FTP downloded files into personal server.
2.Go to server and try to setup gallery directory to try add new folders and 
photo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to see multiple folders and their contained photos within automatically.
But instead, the only gallery displayed is the folder named "sample photo" only.
Therefore cannot add new folders with new images neither change name of sample 
photo folder.

What version of PHPPI are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.0

I have changed the timing used to determine the file cache and solved the issue.
Case closed - thank you
