The last participant row can be deleted! #10

I can delete the last row when I fill both fields of the previous row. Afterwards, I have to input something into any of the rows to recreate the deleted, empty row. Dis is no bueno.

Make sure that the last row can only be deleted if there is a row with one of the fields empty.
