Defining workflow in Org mode

Allow the user to define workflow (prototypes) using Org mode. Here is a gist of ideas:

• A subtree in org-agenda-files defines a prototype, i.e. workflow on a frame
• Load prototypes (workflow) from org-agenda-files or a custom list of Org files
• A property defines the name of the prototype
• Define actions in source code blocks

This can be useful for the following reasons:

• Configuring a workspace becomes a task in Org mode
• By using an optional module like org-depends, configuring a workspace can be a dependency of a task that should be done in the workspace.

This should be an optional feature. Therefore it should be in a separate module which will be named org-frame-workflow.el.

An additional benefit: By sharing the Org file, you can share a workflow on a frame with other users?

This is probably unnecessary. Just put a frame-workflow-define-subject form in a source block.
