genearted/ folder generated by vscode, i think we should move generate logic to prepare/dev/build, like nuxt.
generated is a common name, we should move this folder to a hidden name, for example .milkio/.milkio/generated
- Indicates that it is a unique generation by milkio

I found packages/client/project is also ignored.
